Customized Learning
Learning and change best happens when the entire group is enrolled and consents to going on an action-oriented learning and being journey. We welcome groups who are ever-curious and open to being sufficiently stretched in exploring their personal habits (beliefs, practices, behaviors) as well as their external world (organization, policies, community, sociopolitical context).
We will help you adopt key mindsets to take up liberatory action in your own work and spheres of influence. Our learning offerings include applied practice relevant to your community-based organization, foundation or local government team. We use customized evidence-based assessments to gather a baseline of your organization’s orientation toward: addressing tensions and challenges , identifying equity issues, and taking liberatory and equitable action. We can then do a final assessment at the end of our time together to help determine your organization’s takeup of our offerings.
Executive and Individual Coaching
Our definition of leadership is taking responsibility for what matters to you. We help leaders interact with their own intelligence, intuition and wisdom.
We support you to:
amplify your bounty
self-compassionately identify and address your key growing edges; and
create strategies for how you want to show up in, and impact, your realms of influence.
Conflict Transformation
Conflict avoidance and ineffective communication practices can lead to an organization not living as fully into its vision and mission. We take a 360-compassionate, consent-based approach to conflicts between two people, a small group or a larger group of up to 10 people.
We co-create the conditions for the people involved to:
regulate their nervous system;
share and respond to each other’s aches, anger and requests; and
develop a sustained process for further repair and restoration.
Public Speaking
Our organization offers customized keynote presentations that address the pressing issues of our day through the lens of ‘What Would Love and Deep Regard Do Here (in policy and practice)?’ We offer cogent reframes to address common socioemotional and cognitive pitfalls even for the most open-minded and progressive of groups.
Previous keynote titles include:
‘Lessons From the (meta) Field: Leveling up your contributions in public policy’
‘How Does What’s Out There Live in Here?: Re-connecting the dots between systems of oppression and how they live inside us'
‘(Wisely) Telling On Yourself with Dignity and Self-Tenderness'
