With experience at firms such as Paths to Change, Californians for Safety and Justice, and Courageous Leadership, Shalae is dedicated to revolutionizing operational paradigms. She holds a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from California State University East Bay and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Howard University. Actively involved in her community, Shalae previously served on the Board of Directors for CADAP, Inc., and led the Technology & Publicity committee for the Contra Costa Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Raised in South Florida and now residing in the Bay Area, CA, Shalae enjoys crafts, traveling, and expanding her palate, leveraging her lived experiences to be a change agent both within and outside her community.
